Wealthy Street Animal Hospital is closing for business.

After several years of caring for the pets and families of Grand Rapids, we have an important update to share with our clients and community.

Effective June 27, 2025, Wealthy Street Animal Hospital will no longer be offering veterinary appointments, as this location will be closing. However, this is not a goodbye—just a new chapter. Dr. Privette, Dr. Jenison, and our entire dedicated team will continue to provide care at our sister clinic, Wyoming Animal Hospital.

This decision was made after thoughtful consideration and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standard of care for your pets. While it’s bittersweet to leave our Wealthy Street location, we’re excited about the opportunity to serve you with expanded services, enhanced medical capabilities, and the same familiar faces at Wyoming Animal Hospital.

Your pets will still be in the hands of the doctors and staff you know and trust. Drs. Privette and Jenison—along with our caring team—will be there every step of the way, ensuring a seamless transition and continued excellence in veterinary care.

Support Services at Wealthy Street (Through July 11)

Although we will no longer be seeing patients at Wealthy Street after June 27, the clinic will remain open for limited support services through July 11, 2025:

• Phone Support – For general questions and care guidance
• Prescription Coordination – Help with refills or transferring medications
